Children: We love love love children here at Infinity Salon, but we kindly ask that unless your child is receiving a service you do not bring them with you to your appointment. (If done, we will kindly ask you to reschedule and a fee may be charged). This is to ensure our clients have the best experience possible.
Cancellation: When scheduling appointments we reserve all clients credit card on file in order to hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless in the event of a cancelation less that 48 hours notice. The fee for this is 50% of your appointment. Your appointments are very important to us, and is reserved just for you. Please understand that without proper notice it isn't possible for us to fill your appointment. In the event of an emergency we will do our best to accommodate you and the circumstance. If we are out of the salon we have several ways you can do this: Facebook, Instagram, email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 574.269.4247. No shows will be charged 100% of the service. We appreciate your understanding.
Chemical Service: Lightening chemical services will be required to do a malibu before any lightening service. This is to insure the proper outcome for you as the client. You may stop in and purchase for $6.50. If this is not done before your appointment you will be required to have it done at time of service for an additional $25.00.
Guarantee: At Infinity Salon we strive for excellence, if you are not satisfied with a service you have been provided you have 2 weeks from date of service to have it performed to your expectation. This as long as you are following our recommended care for home. Please note that some services take more than one appointment to achieve desired goal. Under no circumstance will refunds be given.
Illness: We strive to provide a safe and healthy environment for our guest and ourselves. If you currently have, or have had sick symptoms please reschedule. The more time we have to reschedule, the better the chances of getting a new appointment in your desired time frame are.
* Clients who fail to reschedule and come to the salon sick may be refused service and charged 50% of scheduled services. This applies to children as well. If your child is too sick to attend school, they're too sick to come to the salon. Your cooperation in the matter is much appreciated! Illness related cancelations will take top priority and we will do our best to get you rescheduled once healthy.
